Combination of sea/ashore based experience with keen interest to perform Flag Administration survey
· Ability to perform Flag Administration survey,.Presently Honduras Flag surveyor for Bangladesh
· Recent knowledge on PSC inspn under Paris MOU/Tokyo MOU thru several Maritime bodies. e.g MCA, AMSA, USCG, JCG plus Inspection Focus on STCW 95/Pollution(Air & Sea) while as Master
· Ability to Scrutinize Crew documentation under Crew Manning centre for various reputed principal in the world eg: Vships, Anglo eastern, OMCI, Honglam, Petro Titan
· Ability to perform value added and professional courses eg: Energy conservation, Marpol Annexes, Enviromental Awareness, Pollution Prevention/OPA 90, Oily water Seperator,Vessel General permit for USA, Accident Investigation, Risk Assessment/Safe Job Analysis, Bridge Team and Resource Management, Engine Resource Management, Fire Fighting, Life saving Equipment for Ship Board offcers under largest operator in the world as Vship Training matrix
· Recent experience as MASTER in a reputed company during strained CREW management with key interest to train vessel’s complement including engineers on Multi-national/Mix crew environment be executed in Teaching/Training under case by case basis e.g Analyses accident/dangerous occurrence(Near Miss), Experience Transfer, PMS etc etc
· Marine Surveyor with light/load draft survey, condition survey, damage survey (Hull), Bunker survey(Off hire/On hire) PSI and Insurance & Underwriter survey.
· Handling of Bulk commodities with supervision of flwg: (Cargo as Grain, Cement clinker, Iron Ore,Salt, Alcoa)
· Loss prevention
· Verification of quantity, Control of shipping documentation, Sequence of Loading/Dischg and evaluation of draft restriction
· Damage Survey
· Ability to conduct Inspection and analyse Dangerous Occurrence/Near Miss in concept of DEVIL HUNTING
· Performed Effective technical repairs to assist owner/ charterer/Ship Broker for their vessel to rectify the recommendations raised from Flag, Class and PNI
· Have experience on various type of ISO 9001:2000/ISM Internal & External Auditing, ISPS/Security audits
· Well conversant to International Safety Management System (ISMS) & ISPS
· Coordinated ISO 9001:2000 for Office (Ship Manning/Training/ Shipping Agency )
· Paris MOU, Tokyo MOU and other PSC Inspection Focus on ISM Compliance
· Assisted DPA ashore for obtaining DOC/SMC for a company/vsl respectively
· Familiarity and execution of statutory legal compliance, trading codes, safe manning regulations and monitor validity of vessel trading/class certificates at all times
· Sound knowledge on Automobile cargo including PCC/PCTC vessels including damage cargo claim/stowage/voyage performance
· Executed Port Captaincy on offshore lighter age operation to Mother Vsl for Tankers
· Worked Closely with technical management
· In liaise with Shore Repairer/Service Engineer on ship repair
· In liaise with Shipyard during vessel Dry docking/float repair
· Renewal of Statutory certificates and arranging Port state/Flag State/Class surveyor
· Good and sound Ship Handling experience within various type vessel during recent Ship’s Command
· Executed Port Captaincy on Cement Factory vsl including cement bagging supervision/damage survey
